Elements of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO), with support from the Army and the National Guard, conducted a search and secured a property in the Hotel Zone, identified as the safe house of an alleged criminal group leader.
During the early hours of Thursday, FEMDO agents, along with military and National Guard personnel, surrounded and entered the uninhabited property.
The operation resulted in the seizure of weapons and 10,000 live cartridges. The confiscated items were handed over to the corresponding authorities, while FGE officers remained on-site for surveillance and placed closure seals on the property.
