Grupo Lomas announced that four of its tourist properties in the Riviera Maya were included in the prestigious list of The 20 Best Resorts in Eastern Mexico, prepared by Condé Nast Traveler.

The famous travel and tourism publication noted that the resorts El Dorado Seaside Suites, El Dorado Maroma, Palafitos, and Generations Riviera Maya, achieved some of the highest votes from the magazine’s readers, with more than 98 percent approval, among other reasons for its comfortable facilities, surprising amenities and excellence in service.

“We are honored to have won these Readers Choice Awards, from Condé Nast Traveler 2020, for the best resorts in Eastern Mexico. We could not have done it without the continuous support of our travel partners and guests ”, thanked Karisma Hotels & Resorts, operator of the accommodation centers owned by Grupo Lomas.

The famous magazine awarded its prestigious awards based on the responses of respondents about the resorts that have left them fond memories in their past stays and those who would visit again after the pandemic ends.

El Dorado Spa Resorts by Karisma are tourist developments with five-star categories that have won awards such as the Travelers’ Choice 2020 and the Wine Spector Award of Excellence for offering authentic Mexican luxury and Gourmet Included Experiences, in settings for adults only and for families.

The resorts have international certifications such as the Green Globe, the AAA Four Diamonds, the Safe Travel seal of the World Travel and Tourism Council as well as the Karisma Peace of Mind initiative to offer their guests the highest security protocols and hygiene. ( Grupo Lomas and Karisma Hotels & Resorts receive 75 travel agents from Mexico, the United States, and Canada ).

These awards granted by Condé Nast Traveler readers to Grupo Lomas properties are in addition to the recognition of Súper Empresas 2020, annually produced by TOP Companies in conjunction with Expansión, the most recognized business magazine in Mexico, which each year chooses companies that offer the best culture and organizational climate for the benefit of their staff.
