The first ship to pay customers that leaves the United States on June 26 will only be able to travel to Mexico on its two calls.
Celebrity Cruise has written an email to travelers traveling on its Celebrity Edge that it has “reassessed its own tours” based on the latest travel advice and vaccination rates in Mexico.
Selected tours can be booked through the Cruise Planner or Celebrity Cruise app, the cruise told travelers.
“We will continue to assess these requirements and provide updates as they develop,” he added.
According to celebrities, each country is working closely with health and government officials, outlining the “clear path to travel with new health and safety measures.”
Celebrity Edge will make a seven-night trip from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on June 26, with a stopover in Costa Maya and Cozumel (in Mexico), as well as Nassau and the Bahamas. He will return to Fort Lauderdale on July 3 at 7 pm
