The 40-year-old has been wanted by the United States Department of Corrections since 2007 on charges of Assault 3. Beeching was arrested by Solidaridad police Friday night on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Fourth Street after a complaint of public disturbance.

Reports say that Beeching had five previous local arrests for administrative offenses, however, this time, his information was run through Plataforma México where local authorities saw an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the US Department of Justice.

Beeching was arrested in central Playa del Carmen Friday night.

Beeching was taken into custody and handed over to Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM) for deportation back to the United States where Sheriff’s Corps officers of Washington State await his arrival.
