The first murder occurred at 3:55 a.m. on Bahía de Corea Street and Lilis Avenue in the In House neighborhood. A 27-year-old man was shot three times and died at the scene.

Hours later, at 7 a.m., two bodies were discovered on a dirt road leading to the city’s garbage dump. The couple showed signs of torture and gunshot wounds, including the coup de grace. The incident is suspected to be a case of kidnapping and murder.
