Eduardo Azael Hoy Canul, a student at the Technological Institute of Chetumal (ITC), was selected to participate in NASA’s “International Air and Space Program”, but to attend he implemented “T-shirts with a cause” and collected the three thousand 500 dollars he needs.
He is currently in his sixth semester of Electrical Engineering and has been accepted to attend the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the fall of 2022 in Huntsville, Alabama, United States.
The student was selected to participate in the “International Air and Space Program” for his drone prototype, which works autonomously through sensors and can be manipulated to operate in other missions.
He pointed out that the main function of the drone will be to collect parts in space to recycle and reuse in the creation of new technology, this would reduce costs and create a spatial awareness of recycling.
With the aim to cover the expenses of his trip, he came up with “T-shirts with a cause”, which have a cost of 160 pesos ($8 USD), and can be set aside with 50% in advance in the pre-sale, for which you have to contact him through his cell phone number or Whatsapp 983 183 7896.

Canul has carried out multiple extracurricular activities, such as developing a research stay in the City of Lima, Peru, on electric materials to obtain clean energy and their use in tiles for people with visual disabilities in the Dolphin program.
