The Cancun International Airport is set to experience one of the busiest days of the 2025 Easter holiday period, with an impressive 539 flight operations scheduled for Holy Thursday, April 17.
A total of 271 arrivals are expected, including 92 domestic and 179 international flights. The departures also added up to 268, consisting of 91 domestic and 177 international flights. This significant influx is attributed to various airlines such as Aeromexico, American Airlines, Delta, Viva Aerobus, Volaris, British Airways, Air France, and Turkish Airlines.
The airport will connect a total of 45 international cities, including major hubs like Atlanta, Bogota, Buenos Aires, Chicago, London, Madrid, Miami, New York, Paris, and Toronto. Nationally, the destinations include 20 cities such as Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, and Oaxaca, solidifying Cancun’s position as a vital hub for both domestic and international tourism.
