However, through its official social networks, the Directorate reported that on Saturday, February 6, you will be able to go to the municipality of Felipe Carrillo Puerto, in the town of Presidente Juárez, to capture your biometric data in the entity. The appointment is in the dome of the town.
“Participate this February 6 in the day of the comprehensive program “Your Identity is Your Right”, which is part of the actions requested in the #LaVozdelPueblo program, through which our governor, Mara Lezama, strengthens direct contact with the people of Quintana Roo, attending to requests and needs in real time.
It will be held in the municipality of Felipe Carrillo Puerto, in the town of Presidente Juárez, in the Dome of the town,” reads the Facebook post.
Hours of operation to carry out the procedure
The General Directorate of the Civil Registry provides service from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., according to the information available on its social network. On weekends, it is closed.
As for the program that will be carried out in the municipality of Felipe Carrillo Puerto, the hours of operation will only be on February 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

What data will the biometric CURP have in Cancun?
The director of the Civil Registry stressed that this new scheme contemplates that the records of minors are issued directly in this format, and that older adults must update their information.
The biometric CURP will integrate basic personal data, a unique homoclave, certification before the National Population Registry (Renapo), an electronic signature, a photograph, and a QR code that will store biometric information such as the 10 fingerprints and the iris of both eyes.
