Air Canada Vacations is celebrating a major milestone as it marks 50 years of bringing people together through travel. The airline’s vacation division has partnered with the Quintana Roo Tourism Promotion Council to host an exclusive event in Cancun from November 4-7, 2025.
The celebration brings together valued travel professionals from across Canada for an unforgettable few days of connection, learning, and celebration. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Caribbean Sea, the event will feature a series of engaging training sessions, hosted lunches, and networking opportunities.
Travel advisors will be treated to three nights’ accommodation at select resorts, as well as an evening at the luxurious Grand Velas Riviera Maya resort, where they can experience local artisan markets, cultural showcases, and supplier exhibits. The grand finale promises to be a dazzling display of live entertainment.

Travel advisors from Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver are invited to attend, with optional connector flights available at an additional cost. The event package includes taxes and fees and is priced at $499 per person based on double occupancy.
